These Terms govern access to and use of DatesMasters and its services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

DatesMasters provides premium support for online dating: profile creation, match selection, conversation management, and scheduling dates.

3. Account creation and management

• Provide accurate information
• Do not share your login credentials
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access

4. Responsible use

• No illegal, offensive, defamatory, or unsolicited sexual content
• Compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws
• Do not use the service for spam or unauthorized data collection

5. Payments and subscriptions (if applicable)

• Prices and terms are displayed before purchase
• Billing through secure third-party providers
• Refund policy provided at the time of subscription

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, trademarks, and visuals are the exclusive property of DatesMasters or its partners, protected by international laws.

7. Liability and limitations

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome (match, date, relationship)
• We are not responsible for the behavior of third parties you meet through our service
• To the extent permitted by law, our financial liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

8. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these Terms
• You may close your account at any time

9. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be updated; a notification will be sent if a material change is made. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

• EU: law of the user's country of residence or French law (if default choice)
• Thailand: PDPA and local laws
• US: laws of the relevant State (e.g., California for CCPA)
• In case of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction depends on your or our location

11. Google Calendar integration

By connecting Google Calendar to DatesMasters, you authorize us, via Google's OAuth process, to view, create, modify, and delete events in the calendars you have selected.

You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Google account or from your DatesMasters account area.

DatesMasters cannot guarantee optimal scheduling functionality if access is removed.
